We have prepared a special plan for reservations made up to 60 days in advance at a special price. If you have decided on your plans early, please use this plan. ● Regarding breakfast ● This is a guide to "in-room dining" or a buffet on the day of the event. ■ "2024 breakfast buffet dates" (Please note that this is not the check-in date) ■ * If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number, the event may be closed. Please be aware of this in advance. [June] 2nd, 8th-9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th [July] 6th-7th, 13th-16th, 20th-21st, 25th-31st [August] 2nd-22nd, 24th-29th, 31st [September] 1st, 8th, 16th, 22nd-23rd, 29th * Please come to the breakfast buffet between 7:00 and 10:00 (closing time 11:00). *Please contact the restaurant reservation number: 045-522-0077 (reception: 10:00-17:00) if you wish to have dinner at the hotel. Please note that we have limited seating, so we will reserve seats for guests up to one week in advance. ●Cancellation policy● If you cancel after 15:00, 7 days before the arrival date, we will charge 100% of the room rate as a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding. ●Regarding children● If a child under 12 years old uses a "bed-sharing" and does not require an additional bed, up to one child per adult can stay free of charge. If a child under 12 years old uses an additional bed, they will be charged the same price as an adult. Children under 4 years old are not allowed to use the pool and spa. Guests aged 4 to 16 years old may use the pool and spa until 17:00 (last reception at 16:30) only if accompanied by a guardian. Guests under 16 years old are not allowed to use the fitness facilities.
