Enjoy Chinese special in-room dining “Modern Chinois” x Chinese tea pairing + breakfast included

This in-room dining plan was created by Daigo Kobayashi, head chef of the popular Chinese restaurant Choyurou at the Yokohama Bay Court Club, a high-end members-only hotel adjacent to The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama. The Kahala Yokohama's only Modern Chinois in-room dining special plan is based on the concept of "the pleasure of tasting, the pleasure of seeing, and the pleasure of imagining," and is newly developed with the theme of "gourmet food is one," which supports beauty and physical improvement during the change of seasons when people tend to get sick. This Modern Chinois series, which is filled with Chef Kobayashi's desire to "transcend the concept of genre and cherish the spirit of Japanese culture, created using Japanese ingredients and Chinese cooking techniques," offers a box lunch filled with deliciousness, like a treasure chest, as part of the accommodation package. Choyurou's most popular original mapo tofu and fried rice are also available as options (for a fee).
